You will uphold safety protocols, perform routine cleaning, and report maintenance requirements to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to lift 50–60 lbs while standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience with attention to detail and teamwork.
• Ability to lift 50–60 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Skilled in using hand tools and learning multiple processes.
• Prior experience with web based manufacturing, textiles, or paper converting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate lamination and embossing machines to meet production schedules and ensure high-quality finish.
• Monitor adhesion, embossing, and overall finish of Len-Tex Wallcoverings.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety protocols.
• Perform regular machine clean-up and report maintenance needs to prevent production interruptions.
