Job summary

Barton Creek Country Club, part of Omni Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Golf Course Maintenance Groundskeeper II to maintain golf course grounds and assist in overall site upkeep at Barton Creek County Club in Texas. The role focuses on safe equipment operation, turf care, and responsive guest service in a premier private club setting.

Responsibilities include mowing, irrigation assistance, light carpentry, planting and general groundskeeping tasks to ensure exceptional course conditions and guest

Qualifications

• Age 18+.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend/stoop for portions of shift.
• Experience with turf fertilization and equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate greens, tees, fairways and rough mowing equipment.
• Maintain and clean equipment; work safely and efficiently.
• Hand-water greens/tees and assist irrigation repairs.
• Perform light custodial tasks and basic carpentry as needed.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, sod; edge beds and mulch as required.
• Report issues to supervisor and assist other departments as needed.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings.
