Margaritaville Lake Resort Osage Beach MO is seeking energetic and friendly individuals to join the Landshark Bar & Grill team as a Busser. You will warmly greet guests, assist servers, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked dining area with a focus on warm, guest-centric service.

This seasonal, hourly role offers $15.00 per hour with a family-friendly environment and growth opportunities within the resort’s hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to communicate with guests and staff.
• Ability to scrupulously follow Driftwood and Margaritaville Lake Resort policies.
• Tasks completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.
• Able to adapt to high-pressure conditions and change.
• Maintain a positive demeanor and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist servers with food service.
• Keep tables clear of dirty plates and beverages topped up.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Clear service area after meals and store equipment appropriately.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and thank them upon departure.
• Communicate guest compliments/complaints to management.
• Maintain resort standards of food, beverage, and guest service.
