Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of IT experience in data/analytics/BI/AI domain.
• 7+ years of people and delivery leadership experience.
• 3+ years working with senior leadership on modernization of data platforms, BI, analytics, AI, and operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks-based data platforms.
• Data engineering, data modeling, BI/Analytics enablement, and AI-ready data solutions.
• Proven end-to-end ownership from strategy through execution.
• Experience with GenAI, automation, and PoCs.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global, hybrid delivery model.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data team including Lakehouse and governance.
• Lead Data Engineering teams building scalable data pipelines across ingestion to analytics-ready datasets.
• Establish BI and Analytics CoEs enabling governed self-service analytics with semantic layers and KPIs.
• Enable AI/ML and GenAI use cases across analytics and applications.
• Collaborate with app teams to embed data services and data products into enterprise apps.
• Partner with IT, business, and cross-functional teams using a product mindset.
• Provide hands-on guidance in architecture, design, and delivery.
