Freebee in Florida is looking for safe, dependable drivers to provide welcoming, on‑demand rides within our community‑focused network. You’ll help seniors, workers, and visitors get where they need to go, using the Freebee Driver app and our electric vehicle fleet.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Florida driver's license.
• Must have 3+ years of licensed driving experience in the United States.
• Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and physical.

Job Description

We’re looking for safe, dependable drivers who enjoy interacting with people and want consistent work with a growing company. Rather than deliveries or app-based rideshare trips, you’ll be helping members of the community get where they need to go – seniors attending appointments, workers commuting, residents running errands, and visitors exploring the area.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, reliable transportation while delivering a high level of customer service
• Ensure vehicles are clean, comfortable, and safety-ready at the start of each shift
• Use navigation and dispatch tools to select efficient routes and support timely arrivals
• Represent Freebee and our municipal or community partners as a professional ambassador, including occasional promotional or outreach events
• Communicate clearly with management and team members regarding incidents, delays, or issues encountered while on the road

Position Requirements

• You must be at least 22 years old.
• Must have the ability to drive a commercial vehicle.
• Must have a passion for helping others.
• Must have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Have 3+ years of licensed driving experience in the United States.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and navigate a driver app.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass the pre‑employment drug test, criminal background check and physical.

A Day in the Life of a Freebee Ambassador

• Arrive at your assigned Freebee hub (usually a municipal garage) and pick up your vehicle.
• Log into the Freebee Driver app and begin your shift.
• Complete a brief vehicle inspection to ensure everything is safe and operating properly.
• Service ride requests within your assigned zone, following routing instructions from point to point.
• Provide a welcoming and helpful experience to passengers during each trip.
• Keep the vehicle clean and comfortable throughout the day.
• Stay in touch with dispatch or Driver Support if anything comes up during your shift.
• At the end of the shift, return the vehicle to Freebee's hub, do a quick tidy‑up, and plug it in to charge!
