Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading a team.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Raytheon's Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Manager to drive efficient and effective engineering operations across the LADS SBU Engineering organization. The role manages capital planning activities, supports staffing and demand forecasting, clearance processing and tracking, facilitates CORE and annual goal alignment process, tracks and manages engineering training requirements, streamlines internal communications, and ensures smooth team operations. The analyst partners with the LADS SBU Engineering leaders, disciplines, governance orgs and functional partners to maintain alignment across engineering teams and enable strong execution and operational excellence.

This position is onsite based in Tewksbury, MA, Tucson, AZ, Huntsville, AL or McKinney, TX .

What You Will Do
