Trinity Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse in Fresno, CA to coordinate and deliver patient care using the nursing process. The role supports multiple levels (I–IV) with department-specific criteria guiding scope of practice.

The ideal candidate holds CA RN licensure, and current CPR, NRP, and ACLS certifications within designated timelines, with strong communication and teamwork under pressure to ensure compassionate, safe patient care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
• Current American Academy of Pediatrics Provider Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) card is required within 90 days of hire.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required within 90 days of hire into position.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family, and health care personnel is required.
• Ability to handle varying issues in the midst of any situation and work effectively individually and as a member of a team within a stress-producing environment is required.

Shift Description

Reporting to the Practice Coordinator, Obstetrics, the Registered Nurse (Level I, II, III or IV) is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. The Registered Nurse, after appropriate educational preparation, is capable of expanding the scope of practice in general or specialty areas of nursing. The criteria and specific job duties of the four levels are defined by each department area specific criteria.

Requirements

1. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California is required.
2. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.
3. Current American Academy of Pediatrics Provider Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) card is required within 90 days of hire.

Pay Range

$46.01- 66.73
