Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a skilled lactation consultant to provide inpatient and outpatient breastfeeding support, including clinical lactation consultations, follow-up, and education for parents, hospital staff, and community members.

You will deliver counseling, coordinate programs, contribute to quality improvement, educate staff, and help families address breastfeeding challenges to promote maternal and infant health.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lactation and breastfeeding support techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations.
• Experience in clinical lactation consultation or related healthcare role preferred.
• Ability to coordinate programs and contribute to quality improvement activities.
• Commitment to promoting maternal and infant health through breastfeeding support.
