Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a LabWare LIMS Specialist to implement and optimize LabWare LIMS in a pharmaceutical environment. You will configure LIMS workflows, validate deployments, and support migration testing while leveraging AWS cloud capabilities.

The role requires 6+ years in pharma labs, LabWare 8 expertise, instrument integration, and strong communication. On-site position with potential for advancement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven LabWare LIMS experience.
• Knowledge of AWS; cloud modernization is a plus.
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical industry and laboratory systems.
• Experience with LabWare 8 functionality and configurations.
• Ability to integrate instruments with LIMS and SQL knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge transfer/upskilling of Labware 8 functionality
• Serve as the primary point of contact for LabWare LIMS-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Provide expert guidance on system configuration, customization, and best practices.
• Configure and customize LabWare LIMS to meet specific laboratory workflows and compliance standards.
• Integrate laboratory instruments seamlessly with the LIMS system.
• Understanding of relational database and structured query language (SQL).
• Knowledge in laboratory or quality control (QC) processes.
• Technical skills including JIRA and Excel
• Excellent organizational, time management and commitment to delivery.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills.
