Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are looking to recruit you on a temporary basis to work on a new build housing site. You must have a valid CSCS card and experience in construction, along with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

This role involves assisting trades on site, keeping the site clean and tidy, and carrying out instructions from the Site Manager. You must provide two checkable work references and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card is required.
• Experience in construction is required.
• Strong work ethic is essential.
• Ability to work on your own.
• UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Job description

Are you a labourer with A CSCS card? Fawkes & Reece are looking to recruit YOU, on a temporary basis to work on a new build housing site.

As a Labourer you will be required to have

• A Valid CSCS Card
• Experience in construction
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to work on your own
• A valid UK driving licence (Preferred but not essential)

Your role will consist of:

• Assisting trades on site
• Keeping the site clean and tidy
• Carrying out instructions given to you by the Site Manager

The successful candidate will receive:

• An hourly rate of pay, agreed with your individual recruitment consultant, paid weekly. This role is paying depending on experience.
• Holiday pay
• Pension contribution

You must also be able to provide two checkable work references and proof of your eligibility to work in the UK.

Subject to F&R receiving your proof of eligibility to work in the UK, you will be required to start ASAP
