Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare of the Carolinas is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Laborist Physician to join a large, supportive practice in Columbia, SC. The team provides comprehensive women's health services with in-house coverage for labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic inpatient care.

The position offers both full-time and PRN scheduling options, with hospital shifts at MUSC East Campus and Prisma Health Baptist Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-house coverage for Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic inpatient services.
• Perform emergency gynecological surgical care as needed.
• Collaborate closely with OB/GYN providers, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals when delivering care.
• Hospital shifts at MUSC East Campus or Prisma Health Baptist Hospital; full-time and PRN schedules available.
