This position involves heavy physical work, operating hand and power tools, pouring concrete, and setting up formwork. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk and climb, and have basic tool experience.

Qualifications

• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching and climbing ladders.
• Frequent use of hand tools and power tools.
• Preference given to candidates with at least 6 months formwork / concrete labor experience.

Description

LABORER

The Laborer provides essential support to the construction team by performing general labor tasks, assisting with material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe job site. This role involves physically demanding work, including operating hand and power tools, pouring concrete, and installing and removing formwork components. The Laborer must be safety-conscious, alert, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and often outdoor environment.

• Perform general construction labor to include jobsite clean-up and moving of materials by hand or by utilizing material handling equipment, including rigging of materials to be hoisted by crane.
• Operating motorized equipment including power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.

Minimum Qualifications
