At VCI Construction, as a Wireless Laborer, you will support our Wireless team. We are seeking an experienced “Wireless Tech/Laborer” located in Upland, CA. All candidates must adhere to strict safety standards while ensuring the highest quality of work is completed efficiently and timely.

What you’ll do as a Wireless Laborer

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
• Travel to and from job sites.
• Participate in all phases of underground construction, including but not limited to: loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of various types, sizes, and weights of construction materials and equipment.
• Restore and repair all disturbed property.
• Use tools such as: Backhoe, Jack Hammer, Jumping Jack, Hole Hog, Roto Hammer, Cut-Off Saw, Portable Water Pump, Saws-All, pedestals, cables, plastic conduit, shovel, rake, sledgehammer, pipe wrench, wire cutters, bolt cutters, cable cutters, drilling shafts, etc.
• Manlift certification and/or tower climbing experience is a plus.

What you’ll need

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Ability to travel to and from job sites.
• Experience in underground construction activities.
• Ability to use various construction tools.
• Manlift certification and/or tower climbing experience is a plus.

Applicants are required to pass drug testing, DOT Physical, background check, and adhere to OSHA and safety requirements. Upon employment, will be subject to random drug testing in accordance with regulations.

Salary Range

$18 - $26 / hour
