At VCI Construction, as a Wireless Laborer, you will support our Wireless team. We are seeking an experienced Wireless Tech/Laborer located in Upland, CA. All candidates must adhere to strict safety standards while ensuring the highest quality of work is completed efficiently and timely.

What you'll do as a Wireless Laborer

• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
• Travel to and from job sites.
• Perform all phases of underground construction, including but not limited to loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of various types, sizes, and weights of construction materials and equipment.
• Restore and repair all disturbed property.
• Able to use tools such as: Backhoe, Jack Hammer, Jumping Jack, Hole Hog, Roto Hammer, Cut-Off Saw, Portable Water Pump, Saws-All, pedestals, cables, plastic conduit, shovel, rake, sledgehammer, pipe wrench, wire cutters, bolt cutters, cable cutters, drilling shafts, etc.
• Manlift certification and/or tower climbing experience is a plus.

What you'll need

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Ability to travel to and from job sites.
• Experience with underground construction activities.
• Ability to restore and repair disturbed property.
• Proficiency with relevant tools listed above.
• Manlift certification and/or tower climbing experience is a plus.

Applicants are required to pass all company drug testing, DOT Physical, submit to a background check, and adhere to OSHA, state, and local safety requirements. Upon employment, you will be subject to random drug testing in accordance with federal, state, and company policies.

Salary Range: $18 - 26 / hour
