Under the general supervision of the Superintendent of the Dracut Sewer/Kenwood Water Department, the Laborer shall assist the Superintendent and Foreman with daily operational requirements of the Department.
Works under the direct supervision of the Water and Sewer Superintendent following rules, regulations, and policies to complete assigned tasks according to a prescribed time schedule.
