Job summary

Triple-D Communications, LLC is hiring a Laborer for its Telecom Underground team in Mansfield, OH. You will participate in loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment while assisting with installation of underground telecom cabling and daily reporting. Roles require strong teamwork and adaptability in all weather conditions.

You will be expected to communicate clearly with teammates, support site restoration, and perform other duties as assigned, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks, is preferred
• Physical abilities & Exposures: Lift up to 55 pounds, work at heights, crawl spaces, remote locations, and operate heavy machinery

Responsibilities

• Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
• Install underground telecommunications cabling
• Operate construction equipment, and maintain work areas
• Clearly communicate with all team members
• Complete daily production reports
