Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC in Virginia seeks a Laborer to support telecom underground projects, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. You will help install underground telecom cabling and assist with site tasks.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining work areas, communicating with the team, and completing daily production reports in all weather conditions; other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience safely operating hand tools and utility trucks preferred.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Previous experience safely operating various hand tools and utility trucks, is preferred

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work at heights, occasional entry into attics and crawl spaces and alone in remote locations, operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 55 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
