Job summary

Trawick Construction Company, LLC is hiring an Entry-Level Laborer Telecom Aerial in Perry, GA to support an Aerial Telecom Crew with installing and maintaining fiber/telecom cables and materials.

You’ll provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members, move equipment, ensure door-tagging and resident notifications, stock and maintain vehicles, and work in all weather conditions, with overtime and on-call as needed. This role emphasizes safety and reliability on-site.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED; or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified.
• Prior labor experience in telecommunications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed.
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed.
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications for construction activities are completed before starting work each day.
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment.
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools.
• Direct/flag traffic flow in line with local DOT guidelines.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Previous labor experience in telecommunications is a plus

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level at heights, in confined spaces and in remote locations, climb stairs, bend, stoop, stand, walk and lift up to 55 pounds, operate vehicle & heavy machinery
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse
