Harsco Environmental in Texas is seeking a dependable Pressure Washer / Industrial Laborer to operate high-pressure washing equipment, clean heavy equipment, and maintain safe work areas in a steel manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, construction, labor or heavy equipment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water blasting and pressure washing equipment to clean production areas, machinery, vehicles, and industrial surfaces.
• Remove dirt, scale, debris, slag, dust, and other materials from designated work areas.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all Harsco Environmental and customer site safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct pre-shift inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Safely handle hoses, pumps, water systems, and related pressure washing equipment.
• Assist operations personnel with labor-intensive tasks as needed.
• Maintain awareness of surrounding equipment and vehicle traffic within the industrial environment.
• Wear and properly utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor and industrial conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work in dusty, noisy, hot, and physically demanding environments.
• Comfortable working around heavy machinery and mobile equipment.

Work Environment

• Steel mill and industrial production facilities.
• Exposure to heat, dust, noise, vibration, and changing weather conditions.
• Shift work, overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on operational needs.
