Insituform Technologies LLC, an Azuria Water Solutions company, is seeking Pipeline Construction Technicians to join their Houston, TX team. Responsibilities include installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehabilitation projects.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage ($20.00–$23.50), a signing bonus up to $4,000, per diem while traveling, and 100% hotel coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician highly preferred.
• Experience in the Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) industry highly preferred.
• OSHA certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle report.
• Class A or B CDL required (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Install CIPP for municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehabilitation projects.
• Operate and maintain safety gear and PPE while performing tasks.
• Travel weekly to job sites as required and complete assignments safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience as a Construction Laborer and/or Installation Technician highly preferred
• Experience in the Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) industry highly preferred
• OSHA certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle report
• Class A or B CDL required (Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required)
• Ability to wear a respirator and body harness in confined spaces
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use various tools
• Comfortable working outdoors with exposure to moving vehicles, mechanical operations, fumes, or airborne particles
• Willingness and ability to travel weekly, potentially out of state
