Archer Western Construction is currently seeking a Laborer - Pipelayer for the , 225113 - Lena Road Landfill Flare Station & Expansion in Tampa, FL.

The Laborer - Pipelayer will perform pipe-laying tasks involving physical labor (laying, joining, wrapping, sealing) on construction jobsites including commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects; may operate hand and/or power tools as needed; may prepare site and assist with other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lays, joins, aligns, wraps, and seals pipe sections, clay, concrete, and other type of pipe for water/gas main, sanitary sewer, telephone/electrical conduits
  • Ability to work with crew members and operate a variety of hand and power tools including drills, hammers, and other tools as directed by management
  • Ability to perform tasks including physical labor as instructed by supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 Years Verifiable Experience Preferred
  • Requires ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffold/ladder
