Job summary

West Chester Township is seeking a Laborer Operator to perform maintenance tasks and operate equipment in parks, cemeteries, roads and facilities.

Normal hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am–3:30pm; Laborer Operators must be available for snow removal or other emergency duty 24/7 as needed. The starting wage is $23.90/hr. Prior training and experience may be considered for starting pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid State of Ohio Driver’s License.
• Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 6 months; CDL paid by employer.

Responsibilities

• Perform unskilled to semi-skilled maintenance tasks.
• Operate equipment for parks, cemeteries, roads and facilities.
• Respond to snow removal and other emergencies 24/7 as needed.
• Normal hours are Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm.
