Job summary

HK Solutions Group is seeking Laborers/Operators/Drivers to work out of our Lees Summit, MO location. Average new hire with CDL $60,000+ their first year, and without CDL $50,000+ their first year. No experience required. Year-round work with overtime available.

Training provided includes OSHA, Confined Space Entry, and CDL assistance. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Good driving record (must maintain insurability with HK insurance carrier).
• Must pass pre-hire background check, drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to perform manual labor using a variety of powerful industrial equipment.
• Work in diverse environments including confined spaces, sewers, pits, storage tanks and ducts.
• Establish and maintain a safe work site following OSHA and HK Solutions Group standards.
• Ensure equipment, tools, PPE and materials are available and used properly.

Job Functions

• Laborers travel to customer locations to perform manual labor using a variety of powerful industrial equipment including vacuum equipment and pipeline video inspection equipment
• Laborers work in diverse environments including confined spaces, sewers, pits, storage tanks and ducts
• Laborers establish and maintain a safe work site by following standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group
• Laborers assure equipment, appropriate tools, personal protective equipment and materials are available and used in accordance with standards established by OSHA and HK Solutions Group

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid US Driver's License

Physical Requirements

• Working both indoors and outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
• Regularly exposed to industrial environments involving equipment, elevated work areas, confined spaces, noise, dust, hazardous materials and odors
• Lift/move up to 75 pounds frequently, frequently performs tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying and gripping
