Aggregate Resource Industries, Inc. is seeking Crushing Plant Laborers to support portable crushing operations across Oregon.

These hands‑on roles involve assisting with plant operations, maintenance, and equipment inspections, outdoors and at various sites. Ideal candidates are hardworking, mechanically inclined, and safety‑minded, with willingness to travel during the workweek and pass background/drug tests.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred, especially with heavy equipment or materials handling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety mindset.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and ability to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plant operations, maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Work outdoors and travel to multiple job sites as needed.

These hands‑on roles involve assisting with plant operations, maintenance, and equipment inspections, all while working outdoors and traveling to various job sites. Ideal candidates are hardworking, mechanically inclined, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

What You’ll Need

• Previous construction experience (preferably with heavy equipment or materials handling)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years, no DUIIs)
• Ability and willingness to travel away from home during the workweek
• Ability to pass a mandatory background check (ATF) and pre-employment drug test/physical
• Physical endurance for extended work hours (12–14-hour days), lifting up to 75 lbs, and working outdoors in all weather
• Commitment to safety and following all procedures
