Looking for steady work, good pay, and a crew you can count on? Join Ledcor’s mining team at our sites across Nevada and Idaho. This is hands‑on, honest work where you’ll earn a solid paycheck, learn new skills, and build a long‑term career. No mining experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support daily mining operations as part of a labor crew.
• Carry out general labor tasks safely and efficiently.
• Complete basic reports and required paperwork.
• Work closely with your team to keep production moving.
• Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety rules.
• Take responsibility for your safety and your crew’s.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability—show up ready to work.
• Team player with a safety‑first mindset.
• Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required).
• Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful.
• MSHA Part 48 certification preferred (we’ll provide if needed).
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug and alcohol test.

Work Conditions

• Rotating shifts, 10–12 hours per day.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours.
• Steady, site‑based work with long‑term opportunities.
• Daily Living Out Allowance (LOA) as applicable.
