Job summary

Ledcor’s mining team is hiring for site-based roles in Idaho and Nevada. This is hands-on, steady work with training provided if you have no mining experience. You’ll join a crew, earn a solid paycheck, and build a long-term career with growth potential.

Expect rotating shifts, long hours, overtime after 40 hours, and a focus on safety. We offer a comprehensive rewards package including health, wellness benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
• Team player with a safety-first mindset.
• Mining or heavy civil experience is an asset (not required).
• Basic MSHA knowledge is helpful.
• MSHA Part 48 certification is preferred (we’ll provide if needed).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
