Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking Seasonal Industrial Maintenance Laborers to join their traveling team. These positions involve extensive travel across the US, performing hazardous waste clean-up, site remediation, and general industrial maintenance in refineries, plants, and mills.

Ideal candidates are safety-focused, physically capable, and ready for hands-on work in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• TWIC card or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to travel and be away from home for extended periods (up to 5 months).
• Physical ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, and lift at least 40 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights up to 200 ft and in confined spaces.
• Ability to tolerate wet conditions and extreme climates.
• Ability to wear protective clothing and respirators.
• OSHA certification may be required.
• English language proficiency for safety and emergency response.

Responsibilities
