Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a skilled construction support worker to assist craftsman at a Gail, Texas construction site. Responsibilities include setting up work, following supervisor directions, and maintaining clean, safe work areas on active job sites.

The role requires reading safety guidelines, using hand and power tools, and performing duties that may involve climbing, heights, and varying weather conditions. Flexibility for overtime and weekend work is expected.

Qualifications

• May require a high school diploma or its equivalent with previous years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Strong working knowledge skills and abilities for position.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions and communicate effectively with management/supervision.
• Proficient in the safe and efficient use of electrical, hand tools, power tools and layout tools as well as measurement tools.
