What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly alike, but you can expect to:

• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 90 pounds
• Assist with concrete work
• Operate and use tools such as jackhammers, shovels, hammers, rakes, and other construction equipment
• Help keep projects moving by doing whatever needs to be done on the job site
• Work alongside experienced tradespeople to build, repair, and improve a variety of projects

You'll need to be comfortable:

• Bending, lifting, twisting, crawling, and stooping throughout the day
• Reaching overhead and working in tight or confined spaces
• Working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Getting dirty, breaking a sweat, and getting a good workout
