Landmarc Environmental Systems, LLC is seeking a Laborer/Fuse Technician to support superintendents and foremen in HDPE fusion, pump building, grade checking, and site cleanup on landfill projects in Riverside, Missouri.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work overtime or weekends. Safety-first mindset and experience with heavy equipment are preferred; full benefits are provided. Overtime available, 40–75 hrs.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of long walks on landfill sites and perform heavy manual work.
• Ability to lift as much as 50 pounds on a non‑consistent basis.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required; safety first at all times.
• Experience with HDPE fusion and heavy equipment preferred.

Position Overview

The Laborer/Fuse Technician will assist superintendents and foremen in various construction tasks such as HDPE fusion, pump building, grade checking, haul truck driving, and site cleanup.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Walk long distances, up and down steeply sloped landfills and outdoor terrain
• Perform heavy manual work
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a non‑consistent basis
• Work in extreme (hot and cold) weather conditions safely including very odorous project sites
• Clean up work areas, fuel vehicles, and equipment as necessary
• Available to work overtime and weekends if necessary
• Assist site supervisors with materials and equipment needs and help collect supplies for projects

• Comfortable working near and around heavy equipment
• HDPE fusion experience
• Forklift operating experience
• Skid steer operating experience
• Landfill gas experience
• Comfortable driving trucks and trailers
• Overall general construction experience
• Landfill construction experience
• Oil and gas pipeline experience
• Grade checking
• Perform system construction activities in a safe and proper manner
• Fuse HDPE pipe ranging from 2"–36"
