Weaver Consultants Group is seeking a full-time Construction Laborer – Fuse Technician in Memphis, TN. The role requires extensive travel, heavy manual labor, and the ability to work in diverse weather conditions. Ideal candidates will have experience with HDPE fusion, heavy equipment, and landfill operations.

Qualifications

Comfortable driving trucks and trailers.
Fuse HDPE pipes ranging from 2"–36".
Perform system construction activities safely.

Responsibilities

Travel for extended periods – 4 weeks on, 1 week off.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Travel for extended periods – 4 weeks on, 1 week off
Live in hotels and travel between states 100% of the time
Walk long distances, up and down steeply sloped landfills and outdoor terrain
Perform heavy manual work, lifting a minimum of 50 pounds on a non‑consistent basis
Work in extreme (hot and cold) weather conditions safely, including on odorous project sites
Clean up work areas, fuel vehicles, and equipment as necessary
Available to work overtime and weekends if necessary
Assist site supervisors with materials and equipment needs and help collect supplies for projects
