Valor Environmental is seeking a Full-Time Laborer (Construction/Landscaping) in Texas with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Pay rate is $14.00 - $17.00 hourly. Incentives include comprehensive health coverage, 401k matching, paid holidays and time off, weekly pay, and year-round

Qualifications

• Construction or landscaping experience preferred.
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove silt fence on construction sites.
• Install erosion control blankets, wattles, turbidity barriers, etc.
• Use hand tools (sledge hammer, shovels, utility knives, staple guns, backpack blowers).
• Work safely with protective equipment and keep client sites clean and presentable.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Training Provided)

• Install and remove Silt Fence on construction sites
• Install erosion control blankets, wattles, turbidity barriers, etc.
• Work with hand tools (sledge hammer, shovels, utility knives, staple guns, backpack blowers, etc.)
• Work in a safe, efficient, manner wearing proper protective equipment at all times while working
• Work to make sure client construction sites are clean and presentable

Requirements

• Construction or landscaping experience preferred
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed

Physical Requirements
