Job summary

Valor Environmental is seeking a Full-Time Laborer (Construction/Landscaping) in Pooler, GA. Pay rate is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay and year-round work.

Responsibilities include installing silt fences and erosion control products on construction sites, using hand tools, and keeping sites clean and presentable. Physical outdoor work in all weather is required, with weekend and extended hours as needed.

• Construction or landscaping experience preferred.
• Must be able to physically work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove silt fence on construction sites.
• Install erosion control blankets, wattles, turbidity barriers, etc.
• Work with hand tools (sledge hammer, shovels, utility knives, staple guns, backpack blowers, etc.).
• Work safely with protective equipment at all times.
• Ensure client construction sites are clean and presentable.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Training Provided)

• Install and remove Silt Fence on construction sites
• Install erosion control blankets, wattles, turbidity barriers, etc.
• Work with hand tools (sledge hammer, shovels, utility knives, staple guns, backpack blowers, etc.)
• Work in a safe, efficient, manner wearing proper protective equipment at all times while working
• Work to make sure client construction sites are clean and presentable

Physical Requirements
