Job summary

Tepa is seeking Construction Laborers to join their team for various project sites throughout the Midwest. Travel is involved, with per diem available for long-distance assignments.

Work includes building, highway, heavy construction, excavation and demolition tasks, requiring reliability, safety focus, and strong teamwork on site. Ideal candidates have hands-on construction experience and can operate equipment, perform earthwork, and assist in surveying and grading, while complying with OSHA

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general construction experience, including exposure to utility work, earthwork, and/or concrete work
• Experience operating equipment and hand tools
• Experience with hoisting and rigging
• Experience with surveying and grading
• Ability to work effectively with a team and communicate clearly
• Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and procedures
• Ability to obtain and maintain required authorization to access U.S. military installations and other client/project sites
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
• Valid driver’s license
• CDL may be required for certain assignments

Tepa is seeking Construction Laborers to join their team for various project sites throughout the Midwest. These positions involve hands‑on work at building, highway, heavy construction, excavation, and demolition sites. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in general construction tasks, with a willingness to travel as needed for projects.
