Job summary

All American Landscape and Tree Services is hiring a Laborer to join our hardworking crew. The role focuses on site prep, cleanup, and helping maintain equipment and vehicles, with an emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Candidates should be physically able to lift 50+ pounds, have reliable transportation, and be willing to learn and follow instructions. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with standard daylight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean criminal, drug, and driving records.
• Experience in landscape, hardscape, tree work preferred.
• Comfort driving manual work trucks with trailer or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepping and clean up of job sites.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Operate machinery such as mower, chainsaw, wood chipper, and hand tools safely.
• Drive work trucks.
• Maintain equipment and keep a clean work environment.
• Work well in a team and stay self-motivated to work efficiently.

• Reliable transportation
• Clean criminal, drug, and driving records
• Experience in landscape, hardscape, tree work (highly preferred)
• Needs to be comfortable driving manual work trucks that may have a trailer or equipment attached
• Reliable and communicative
• Detailed Oriented
• Stamina and able to work in varying weather forecasts
• Able to lift objects 50+ pounds regularly
• Willing to learn and follow instructions

Benefits:

• $20-$25 (based on experience)
• Paid time off

Full-time, Monday-Friday (7am-4:30pm)

Responsibilities:

• Prepping and clean up of job sites
• Adhere to standard safety protocols i.e compliance in wearing proper PPE
• Operate machinery safely i.e mower, chainsaw, wood chipper, hand tools
• Driving work trucks
• Maintain equipment and a clean work environment
• Be able to work as a team and be self motivated to work fast and efficiently
