Position: Construction Laborer

Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our dynamic construction team. Ideal candidates must be physically capable of performing strenuous tasks, lifting 50+ pounds independently, climbing ladders safely, and performing duties in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Perform construction tasks such as cement work, siding installation, roofing, and framing.

Build homes, garages, and other structures from foundation to finish.

Execute interior construction projects including drywall, painting, and finishing.

Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Respond promptly when on call for urgent projects and repairs.

Requirements:

Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more without assistance.

Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders.

Reliable transportation to and from various job sites.

Ability to follow directions, work independently, and collaboratively within a team.

Previous construction experience is preferred but not required.

Willingness to travel occasionally to job locations in Flint, Detroit, Ohio, and surrounding areas.

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)

About the Role:
