SACC, Inc. is seeking a laborer to support multiple crews on a Texas construction site in San Antonio. The role involves digging trenches, handling pipes from 1” to 8”, and performing shovel work in varied weather conditions.
The position requires basic construction experience, ability to lift heavy loads (over 50 lbs), and strict adherence to safety practices as outlined in site guidelines. Training and PPE will be provided at onboarding.
An laborer works with all crews doing everything from pick and shovel work to cleaning up the job site. Will be working with various pipes from 1” to 8”, digging in trenches shoveling, and trenching dirt.

This position does not have any supervisory duties.
Working conditions will be in a field environment usually at a worksite. May be exposed to arduous weather conditions such as extreme heat and cold. Must be physically fit and able to lift over 50 lbs. throughout the day. Will be required to bend, stoop, or reach. Must have use of both hands and good eyesight.
Hard hats may be required if on a worksite along with long sleeve shirt and pants. If working in a traffic area a safety vest is required. Must wear work boots. Required PPE will be provided during onboarding.
Must have experience using shovels, picks, and other digging equipment.
