Miners Underground in Kentucky seeks a Laborer to perform manual and physical tasks supporting operators and maintenance crews on daily objectives.

You will load and unload equipment, dig holes, restore sites, seed and rake dirt and gravel, and set up safety devices. You will also be a gopher for tools and materials, spot for operators, and use hand signals as needed.

Formación

• Basic physical labor and adherence to jobsite norms.
• Ability to handle basic equipment and tool usage.
• Willingness to load/unload equipment and assist operators.

Job Description: To provide manual and physical labor to accomplish the task and objectives. Using your skills to assist the operators in accomplishing the goal of the day.

These are the Success Statements that serve as the outcomes that the Laborer is responsible for achieving and sustaining. Success Statements are reviewed regularly in weekly to biweekly one-on-one meetings between leaders and their team members to identify if the outcome is red (not true), yellow (inconsistently true), or green (consistently true).
