Posillico Civil, Inc. is seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Laborer to perform physical labor on highways, bridges, roads, drainage systems, and other infrastructure projects.

You will support craft workers and equipment operators to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, the ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, and the use of hand tools and basic power tools while keeping a

Work Environment

• This position involves working outdoors on active heavy civil construction sites, which may include exposure to noise, dust, heavy equipment, uneven terrain, and varying weather conditions.

Safety Responsibilities

• All employees are expected to follow company safety policies, participate in required safety meetings and training, use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain awareness of their surroundings while working around heavy equipment and active construction operations.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry materials, sometimes weighing 50 to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely.
• Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects while carrying tools and equipment.
• Must always wear protective or safety equipment, i.e., safety boots/shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats and follow safety guidelines.
