Position Summary

Romach, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Laborer to support our field operations. This role is essential to maintaining jobsite productivity, safety, and quality across a variety of commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradesmen and subcontractors as needed
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Perform general labor tasks such as demolition, digging, lifting, and material handling
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Assist with site setup and teardown
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Foreman

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs., standing, bending, kneeling)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
