Job Brief

As the Yard Spotter / Driver, you will load and unload all tanker trailers, and maintain magazines, sites, and inventories.

What You'll Do

As the Yard Spotter / Driver, your responsibilities include:

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe working conditions in the shop, while driving and operating equipment to ensure personal and team safety.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports for accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and performance tracking.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, technical modules, SOPs, and safety policies.
• Comply with applicable DOT, OSHA, EPA, and BATFE regulations.
• Work accurately with numbers and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Proactively address safety issues and practice the Take 5! process using the HAT tool to promote safety responsibility.
• Maintain safe working conditions and ensure all team members follow safety and regulatory procedures.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in mechanical work, commercial driving, explosives, or related fields.
• Possession of and ability to maintain all required licenses and certifications by federal, state, and local authorities.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to undergo and pass an ATF background check for explosives possession.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team-oriented mindset.
