Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Laborer role based in Mesa, AZ. The Laborer will support streetlight and electrical installation projects by assisting with material handling, basic tool operation, job site preparation, and clean-up. Responsibilities include digging trenches, setting poles and pedestals under supervision, pulling wire and conduit, and loading and unloading equipment and supplies. The Laborer will follow safety procedures, help maintain organized work areas, and support experienced crew members in completing repairs, replacements, and new installations. The role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions, performing physically demanding tasks, and collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
