Job summary

RC&S WELDER OH – Massillon, OH 44646 is seeking a dependable, safety‑minded individual to support welding and construction activities. Training will be provided, including safety procedures and PPE, with travel to job sites across the United States.

This is a full‑time daytime role with a strong emphasis on safety and readiness for field installations. Responsibilities include Fire Watch, hazard monitoring, emergency response, and assisting with site tasks while adhering to all safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional conduct and safety awareness.
• Willingness to learn other facets of the job.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Willingness to travel to job sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Fire Watch duties during and after welding.
• Monitor for fire hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Respond to emergencies and notify supervision immediately.
• Assist with general site tasks as needed, anything that is asked of by Supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules and site requirements.
• Basic use of Hand tools; willingness to learn more.

Travel Percentage: Road Warrior

Job Shift: Day

Dependable, safety-focused individual able to support welding and construction activities. Training will be provided, including safety procedures and required PPE. Individuals will be willing to travel anywhere around the US to different Jobsite locations to perform field installations
