Ecowaste Solutions is a fast-growing company in a stable, essential industry, and our Landfill Laborers are a vital part of keeping our sites safe, clean, and running smoothly every day. This is hands‑on outdoor work where no two days look exactly the same. You'll be on the ground supporting landfill operations across a variety of tasks, from spotting trucks to maintaining site cleanliness and managing fencing as needed. If you're self‑motivated, reliable, and ready to put in a hard day's work rain or shine, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick up windblown litter and maintain overall site cleanliness throughout the day.
• Spot trucks near the tipping floor to ensure safe and accurate positioning.
• Place, move, and remove fencing as directed by site supervisors.
• Perform a variety of general labor tasks to support daily landfill operations.
• Work safely in all weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
• Follow all company safety standards, site rules, and applicable regulations.
• Communicate with site supervisors regarding task assignments and any site concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to perform physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions required.
• Self‑motivated with strong time management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused.
• Ability to take direction and work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a labor, construction, or outdoor work environment a plus but not required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Continuous outdoor work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
• Exposure to dirt, dust, odors, and noise typical of landfill operations.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
• Extended periods of standing, walking, and physical activity throughout the workday.
• Full time hours, with additional hours as needed.
