Job summary

QuickPro Staffing seeks a dependable Facility Maintenance / General Labor Associate to support operations at one of our client facilities. This role supports production and shipping, maintains cleanliness, follows safety rules, and adapts to a fast-paced industrial environment.

The shift schedule is rotating: 7 days on 7am-3pm, off 4 days; 7 days on 3pm-11pm, off 3 days; 7 days on 11pm-7am, off 2 days. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including holidays and overtime as needed.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and cleaning for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping throughout the facility.
• Follow all plant safety rules and required PPE standards at all times.
• Perform cleaning duties in all areas, including restrooms, locker rooms, break areas, production floor, offices and basement areas.
• Assist production and shipping departments as needed.
• Operate forklift or bobcat when required and properly trained.
• Perform general painting and basic facility upkeep tasks.
• Empty trash and maintain waste disposal areas throughout the facility.
• Communicate supply needs or maintenance concerns to supervision.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
