Job description

We are looking for a dedicated laborer to join our team.This is routine manual work that requires no previous training and experience, but requires physical endurance and willingness to perform menial tasks. Constant oversight is maintained over work at all times Does related work as required.

Hours:

7:15AM - 3:15PM, 12Month Position

Typical Work Activities (Illustrative Only):

• Cleans and maintains the interior and exterior of buildings and grounds;
• Performs unskilled work in concrete, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, masonry and landscaping work;
• Load and unload trucks;
• Carries supplies and tools;
• Labor work as needed;
• Performs a variety of ground-keeping activities including, but not limited to: snow removal, mowing and trimming lawns, planting and weeding;

Full Performance, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics:

Willingness to perform routine manual work; ability to lift heavy weights; physical endurance; good physical condition.

Minimum Qualifications:

No minimum qualifications, but experience in manual labor is desirable.
