Job summary

Pro-Vac is expanding its field team to support hydro-excavation projects for diverse clients. You will operate vacuum equipment, assist with excavation tasks, and travel as needed, including overnights, to meet project goals.

We seek reliable, self-motivated professionals who are eager to grow with the company, maintain safety standards, and deliver high-quality workmanship. Strong teamwork and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Positive, motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset.

• Willingness to travel extensively including overnight assignments.
• Able to pass drug and background screenings and hold a valid driver’s license with DOT requirements.
• Capable of working nights, weekends, and on-call when required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-pressure wands and flexible vacuum hose for excavation needs.
• Assist with hydro-excavation and spot vehicles during positioning.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain organized workspaces and uphold housekeeping at job sites and trucks.
• Review instructions, prepare required tools, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Exceed client expectations through professional and diligent service.

Responsibilities

• Safely performing manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials.
• Safely operating high pressure wands and flexible vacuum hose for excavation needs.
• Assisting with hydro-excavation and spotting vehicles while positioning.
• Practicing proper housekeeping by keeping job sites & trucks clean, putting tools away, and ensuring an organized workspace.
• Proactively preparing for your day by verifying instructions, reviewing your required tools for the day, and completing required paperwork with accuracy.
• Exceeding client expectations by completing work with professionalism and excellence.

Requirements

• A positive and motivated self-starter!

• In good standing and can meetPro-Vac & DOT driving requirements (including having a valid driver’s license).
