Summary:

Responsible for the safe and successful completion of all public infrastructure labor tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 0-3 years of public infrastructure experience or related is preferred.

License or Certification:

• Valid driver license issued by the state where employed required.
• CDL license or willingness to train / earn a CDL is preferred.
• Traffic control certification or able to obtain.

Responsibilities:

• Perform infrastructure maintenance tasks including, but not limited to striping, painting, thermoplastic road marking, sign repairs, proactive sign maintenance, crack sealing, asphalt repairs and seasonal snow maintenance.
• Understand and implement job specifications for each site.
• Complete daily paperwork timely and accurately.
• Assess equipment operation issues and effectively communicate repair needs to shop personnel.
• Encourage and maintain safe working conditions by promoting Company’s “Culture of Safety”, including but not limited to reinforcing bi-weekly safety tailgate meetings and ensuring proper personal protective equipment usage.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.

Pay range: $17.00 - $22.00.
