Job Title: Laborer

Location: Bunnell, FL

PAY: 13.50 - $16.00

Job Summary The Laborer performs a variety of general manual labor tasks under direct supervision. This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding work, follow safety protocols, and assist with multiple field-related duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor tasks such as lifting and moving materials, loading/unloading vehicles, digging/refilling holes, mowing grass, trimming, and basic equipment operation.
• Support crews with various activities in a helping or assisting role.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly and report any issues or hazards to supervisors.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• Must provide all personal protective equipment (PPE) including:
  • Steel-toed boots
  • Long-sleeve shirts (dusty environment)
  • Long pants (no rips or tears)
• Employer will supply high-visibility vest, safety glasses, hard hats, and gloves initially, but replacement PPE must be supplied by the employee.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 0–4 years of previous labor or related experience.

Work Environment

• Work requires frequent physical activity, including lifting, carrying, bending, and operating tools and equipment.
• Exposure to dust, dirt, noise, odors, and outdoor weather conditions.
• May occasionally involve occupational risks such as cuts, burns, or exposure to chemicals.
• Manual labor setting with emphasis on physical stamina and attention to safety.
