Job summary

ElectriCom, a utility construction company, is seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility crews. You will dig, load materials, operate basic tools, and assist Foremen in daily field activities. Work is outdoors in all weather, with travel to job sites including overnight assignments.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, be able to perform physically demanding tasks, and commit to safety. The role offers weekly pay and benefits in a family‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL highly desired.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
• Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc)
• Clean and prepare work sites; remove debris; load and unload materials
• Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities
• Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions
• Travel to job sites, including overnight out‑of‑town assignments; overtime may be required
• Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed

We are seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews. This role performs general labor tasks, operates hand and power tools, prepares work sites, and assists equipment operators and Foremen. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sites—including overnight out‑of‑town assignments—is required.

Essential Functions
